I wasn't very fond of the default color scheme in my unit, nor the exposed concrete ceilings and columns, so I hired a fantastic painter named Erick Gerdeman. He picked out a new color palette which blended well with the cabinets and counter tops. He applied 2 coats of primer and 2 coats of paint. I have a 2 bed/2 bath unit, and he finished everything in only 2.5 days, with not a single drip or jagged line. Needless to say, I would highly recommend him. He can be reached at (512) 745-0706.

Anonymous, did you paint the ceilings and columns a solid color? Or did you have them painted with a design or texture?

I am a very good painter and have done a few units at the 360. I also live here so my unit can be used as a reference.
