- Utility billing fee: A fixed $3 fee, I think. (I guess this is for the labor in billing us.)
- Chilled water access fee. (This is fixed for each unit, supposedly based on size of unit.)
- Chilled water demand. (This is the chilled water that you actually divert to run the A.C. unit. It is supposed to be metered electronically at your unit.)
- Electricity. (You have an individual meter in the hallway.)
- Water. (This is the water you actually use through your water line. This is also supposed to be electronically metered at your unit.)
- Sewer. (This is simply based on water usage.)

Utilities
Your utilities are billed on the HOA bill. After some 'catch up' billings these are allegedly all based on individual meters. You should have the following charges.

I recieved my first bill after a couple of weeks. It was a credit for 12 or 15 dollars. I dont know if this was due to my last apartment. I am also not going to ask.
If that bill was a credit from the City of Austin, I'm sorry to tell you that your utility bill will come from the building management here. Well, maybe. If we ever get one. It will be a good one when it comes, I guess.
Well good to know. Thanks for the heads up.
I was told it would be in the HOA bill for October.
And I was told I would receive a bill on the first of July, August and September, too.
Well, we were billed for electricity finally although water and chilled water are still a mystery. The electricity bill was supposed to be from close (or June 17) to Aug. 20 but our reading started at zero and no rate was plugged and only the August 20th date. It seemed a little high. There was also a three dollar 'meter fee' added to the homeowners. Talking with a couple of other owners, other bills were confusing, too. If you moved in after June 17, I think a credit appears because the baseline readings were supposedly taken on June 17. The fact that a workman didn't know which meter was mine in July notwithstanding. I supposed next month will be a better indicator of what it's going to really cost.
